Katherine Ellington: We know that health is more than the absence of disease or cure it's about well-being. In today's high-tech, fast paced world, quality of life is not always apparent for those who live with convenience and over abundance. Yet, in many places around the world where resources are scarce the days are long and hard just to maintain a meager household. It's a challenge to stay healthy, but not impossible so let's try to see what we can learn about health in this world we all share.
